This cabin is truly a “cabin in the woods” as it is set among giant-like trees with barely any view of the neighbors. The wildlife is bountiful and guests may be visited by the deer, birds, squirrels, or occasional black bear (don’t worry–they are easily scared!) The cabin has St Croix State Park out its backdoor where people like to hike, run, birdwatch, and picnic along the river bluffs. Enjoy floating in a tube or paddling in a kayak down the nearby sandy-bottomed St Croix and Yellow Rivers that are less than 10 mins away at Pardun Canoe Rental.
